Questions we get

Will standard letter-size paper fit?

Yes. The folders, expanding wallets and filing boxes on the paper and filing shelf are cut for letter-size sheets, and the exact measurements sit on every product page.

What are the organizers actually made of?

Mostly polypropylene, acrylic, coated metal and wood. The material and the dimensions are listed product by product, so you can check the fit before anything reaches a shelf.

Can I use the wall racks in a rented place?

It depends on the piece. Some ship with a hardware kit, others clip on or hold with adhesive pads. The mounting method is always stated on the product page.

How do I keep acrylic and clear plastic looking new?

Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry it straight away. Abrasive pads and solvents cloud acrylic permanently, and no amount of polishing brings the clarity back.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order we deliver in Canada (every province and territory except Quebec), with no minimum. There is no express option, and we do not ship outside Canada.

How long before it arrives?

Orders are processed within 0-1 business days, and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. You get the tracking number by email at dispatch.

Can I return something I simply changed my mind about?

No. Returns cover manufacturing defects, transit damage and wrong items only, within 30 days of delivery. Transit damage has to be reported within 72 hours, with photos.

How do I reach a person?

Through the contact form or by email, and we reply within 1-2 business days. Everything we send is brand new in its original packaging, and we do not offer gift wrapping.

We sell desk and document organization and nothing else. Four shelves cover it: paper and filing, home filing and storage, desk electronics, and travel documents. Rhobanking chooses each item on how it survives daily handling, not on how it photographs on an empty table.
